Our objective is not to remove decision making process from the client, but rather to gather all required information so that the client has the necessary facts to make an informed decision in a timely and effective manner.

In any construction project many decisions need to be made and many issues need to be fully investigated. The first step is to identify what these issues are and then to evaluate their implications for the project's successful and profitable completion. Many issues of due diligence can not be overcome and may indeed make a project fiscally unsound, but it is responsibility to evaluate all issues and hopefully create alternatives. Our responsibility to the client is to find and evaluate all issues and when potential problems are discovered, then provide solutions where possible.
